How do I make a purchase?

  • On the SKETCH homepage you can choose to add goods to your shopping cart and when you finish shopping you can ‘proceed to checkout’ in order to pay and start the process of getting your product delivered.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

  • The homepage is updated frequently and will reveal if the product is available. If sold out it will state ‘Sold out, waiting for new stock’!

What if an item is out of stock?

  • The homepage is updated frequently and will state if the product is back in stock or if there is a prolonged waiting time due to production.

What payment methods does SKETCH accept?

  • Payment by Visa or MasterCard is preferred but also PayPal and other payment options are available.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at SKETCH?

  • SKETCH uses a certified online payment methods to guarantee your payment method is secure.

How will I know if you have received my order?

  • When the order is received by us an email will be sent as confirmation to the given email account. Enclosed will be a receipt complete with an order number and product information.

Am I able to track my order?

  • We use international courier, which means you will be able to make a ‘track and trace’ on your purchased product. The tracking number will be sent to your email afterwards.


How long does the shipping take by average?

  • From 1 week to 3 weeks, the shipping duration is varied from the distance between Thailand and destination country. 

Is my personal information kept private?

  • The data required to become a member is ONLY used by SKETCH and is held undisposed to others. Any personal information is kept private and will not be shared to anyone. 

In what packaging will my goods be delivered?

  • SKETCH products are delivered according to size, in cardboard boxes and protective plastic. It is delivered by professional shipping companies that guarantee that your product is delivered safely.

Will SKETCH have seasonal sales?

  • Ongoing seasonal sales will be held at www.sketchpetproducts.com according to seasonal change and will be informed of on the homepage as well as in the member newsletter. 

How can I acquire SKETCH membership?

  • You can acquire SKETCH membership by registering on our online system. SKETCH members will get updates about collections and seasonal sales. Other special privileges for our members will continuously come. 

Do I have to pay duty and import charges?

  • Orders shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
    Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges. The document enclosed with the parcel would describe the items as they are. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we are sorry that we are unable to advise on the amount.
