  • The customer is entitled to regret the purchase. If so the product must be send back in the same condition as it was delivered before a refund can be made. The enquiry of a refund must be made inside a 14 day period after receiving the product and must be sent back inside a period of 30 days.
  • SKETCH does not take responsibility for goods damaged by the shipping company.
  • It is accepted that a product have been unpacked a checked by the customer. If the product have been used/ tried to an unacceptable degree and afterwards sent back a refund will not be granted.
  • SKETCH preserves the right to refuse a refund if the sent back product does not match the same conditions as it was sent.
  • If the product delivered has a default or is missing something which was included in the purchase, e.g. wrong color, model, size SKETCH commits to re-send the right product and cover the expense of the re-sending of the default product from the customer.
  • The expiration period of 14 days start from the day that the product is delivered and ends the 14th day. If the last day is a national holiday or Sunday the first business day after counts as the 14th day.
